Rates

Dr. Lima does not accept insurance and is an out-of-network provider in the State of California. He will provide a "superbill" for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Additionally, he has partnered with  Reimbursify to assist with reimbursement for neuropsych evals. 

Intake: $250

50-minute Session: $200

All evaluations are a flat fee that cover the intake, test administration, scoring, test interpretation, report writing, and a feedback appointment to go over results, and answer questions. You also receive a copy of the report. 

Fees vary depending on the type of evaluation. You will be provided a specified amount prior to the first appointment - feel free to reach out for a complimentary consultation to discuss. 

Dr. Lima is often retained by attorneys to conduct neuropsychological evaluations. 

Fee: $400 per hour

Travel Fee: $150 per hour plus reasonable and related costs (air fare and hotels as needed). 

Court Testimony: $500 per hour (4-hour minimum retainer). 

Deposition: $500 per hour (4-hour minimum retainer).

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost as a provision of the No Surprises Act.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using their insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You will be provided a Good Faith Estimate prior to any services being rendered. 

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
