Rates
Cash (Out-of-Pocket) Rate:
Intake (50-minutes): $250
50-minute appt: $200
Consultation: $200 per hour
Testing: Flat Fee - Contact for rate
I do provide a Superbill for patients who are out-of-pocket (cash pay) in order to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement.
